I hit a plateau on standing military press at 3x6 @ 135lbs. I perform this particular exercise 1x per week (currently on a U/L, PPL routine where I do arnolds the 2nd day of shoulders) and routinely struggle to get the last rep completed at this weight. Any suggestions as to how to reset in order to buck this plateau? I'm 29 y/o, 5'10" 200lbs.
