Hey all, Josh here.
I'm 26 and just found this site, been training now for 14 weeks consistently fitting in 4 workouts a week around working 50+ hours a week so thought I would start a log.
Cliff notes:
-26 Y/O
-Work 50+ hours a week in Healthcare
-14 weeks consistent lifting
-Goal physique achieved
-Going on a 2 year Bulk after a 14 week cut
-Will be following The Lilliebridge Method
-Will be uploading videos of my PR's over the years
Outside of lifting:
-Cryptocurrency Investing
-Property/Real Estate Investing
-Cinema (Any Marvel)
-Old School Runescape (Very casual player)
24 month goals I'm working towards:
-Hit some epic PR's in Powerlifting Meets over the next 24 months
-Add a lot of muscle to my physique during this 24 month bulk
-Make mad profits from my Cryptocurrency investments
-Buy 3 rental properties
-Achieve Financial Freedom

16/8 - Squat/Deadlift Accessory Day - The Lilliebridge Method Week 1
Pull Ups - Bodyweight
5 5 8
Bent Rows - 100KG 3x15
Lat Pulldown - 115 3x15
Leg Curls 3x20
Leg Exstension 3x20
Good workout and can't wait to crush Bench/DL this weekend will see if my GF can vid my PR sets
Current calories: 2500 per day/180g protein
Also stuck another £850 into Bitcoin, I feel like we are near the bottom of this market so good time to buy obviously not financial advice. Also entered my Rookie Powerlifting Meet on 30th September and spending this evening putting some sick PR songs on my ipod,

Full body mobility stretching
Great workout, despite only getting about 6 hours sleep due to it being my working weekend from 8am-19.30pm managed to PR on Bench.

Pause Squats (Speed work) -
65KG 3x3
Abs 3x20 circuit
BW: 89.2KG/197lb
Calories: 2500
Very happy with how deadlifts are feeling at this lower bodyweight, the goal is to hit 230KG at the meet on 3rd attempt and think I'm going to be good for that,
Also cut down the fluff in my training and focused on the money maker moves and cutting from 4 to 3 days per week training, really wanna focus on recovery now.Last edited by joshgamer; 08-20-2018 at 09:11 AM.

Leg curl 3x20 110
Calf press 4x15 130
Solid workout, PR on chins never been able to do BW chins before so that's awesome. Now cooking up a PWO feast.
BW: 88.7KG
Calories: 2500/180g protein
Weight lost from previous weigh in: 0.5KG
