    Angry Weird Detached Fat Doesn’t Go!

    Hey brahs, dunno what’s going on for so long but seeing as I’m months into my cut (not my first) and not much is getting better I wanna rule out hormonal or water retention problems. The subcutaneous fat is just way too disproportionate and watery and disconnected to the flesh underneath to the point that if I flex my pecs the fat just doesn’t budge! Not to mention to hanging pouch especially when planking =\
    I’d really wanna know if there’s a problem or if I should continue cutting (planned for another month @ ~1500cals + cardio; about 137lbs or so at 5’7 atm). Thanks brahs

    Just looks like you don't have any muscle there. You don't need to cut you need to add some muscle. Once you fill it up it will look way better.

    So you are complaining about the lack of muscle around your nipple? You have to think about gravity here, all the fat from your upper body is drooping down, and because you lack muscle in your chest, it looks worse than it really is.

    What do you do? Build your chest up!

    Yeah i lift while cutting, but judging by the symptoms seems I may be resistant to insulin (looks like it runs in the family). Gonna go keto for the remainder of the cut and then bulk on keto as well.

    There's nothing to cut to. Please don't cut any further.

    You need to be bulking. Eat in a surplus, lift heavy, sleep. Reassess in 6 months time.
