I want to try this diet but i am a little confused upon calculations
my BMR is 1438.6 and my TDEE is 2229.83. i just want to know what percentage of macros(carbs,proteins,and fat ) to use for weightloss (just 10 pounds) so i can follow it that way on myfitness pal I was thinking to use 35% protein, 25% carbs and 40% fat..
i also do IF i stop eating around 8pm-12pm..(16 hrs) should i stop this with the IFYM
any suggestions?
for reference i am 5'4" 138 lbs, exercise 4 days a week 60 min per session
