    8 month dead lift progress good?

    in 8 month my dead lift went from a struggling 405x1 to an easy 455x1 is this good progress?

    last December 2016-2017 i went from 205x6 to 405x1 this was while bulking up 15 lbs the last 8 month i have been maintaining weight.

    Probably, yes.

    Without context in terms of training age, starting weights, previous experience with progression, bodyweight etc., it's harder to say.

    But fundamentally, yes, that's good progress.
