Suggestions how to memorize mobility assessments

I got my ACE personal trainer certification a couple months ago and my first day being a trainer is Thursday. I am fairly comfortable with everything to do with training considering I'm new, but I really struggled with the mobility assessment questions and I have little to no confidence in my ability with the mobility assessments. I have had personal trainers and they have done a couple on me, but not the majority that I'm aware of. I know they did a couple without me knowing it until now, but I have never experienced all of them. Does anyone have any pointer how you memorized how to do them?

Are you referring to the overhead squat, push and pull movement assessments etc?

No. They are tests such as the Thomas Test, Passive Straight Leg Test, Scratch Test, etc.

I'd be interested to know too.

Congrats on passing your test and getting a PT job.
