How can I add resistence to prone cobra movement?

I use prone cobra exercise for thoracic spine and lower traps. I want to apply progressive overload to this exercise. How can I add resistance properly to this exercise? Resistance bands, dumbbells any ideas are appreciated...

If you have something like a Romanian deadlift and/or a front squat in your routine, you probably won't need specific isolation exercises like this.

Close grip cable row with a squeeze at the end might help too.
