I don't play a sport at the moment, and these are the two options that seem to interest me. However, I'm a bit scared - yeah, sounds hypocritical - that I will be laughed at when I try out for rugby since my conditioning and coordination skills suck ass at the moment. What should I do? Get stronger over the course of a year, or go for it now? Any insight on both of the sports, their benefits, and their disadvantages?
