it would be nice if what the trapper could craft would show you the perks of each

it does, just press the R3 on any item and it will show the benefits of such a thing and on clothes it will tell you if its suited for warm/average/hot weather

As I can understand that you are unable to find the four characters Sadie, John, Jack, and Abigail in chapter 2. I have gone through your issue thoroughly, and related to your issue I like to inform you that, if the mission “Polite Society, Valentine Style” is failed, restart the mission instead of using the "Retry Checkpoint" option. If you have already completed the mission after using the Retry Checkpoint" option, they will not be present until the start of Chapter 4.

Hope that actually works. Haven't tried it out. Hopefully by replaying the mission it will solve it.

My fiancé is affected by this bug, and she's seriously debating whether to keep playing at all.

I'm playing my own save, and we've noticed it's worse than just missing quests. When returning with Micah from the jailbreak, I had a whole story event of a huge celebration at the camp. It was almost an hour of cool things to do around camp, including singing, drinking, and hearing everyone tell stories. She missed ALL of that, plus maybe 10 quests or so.

I filed a bug report to Rockstar, and also a support ticket. Their official response was to just keep playing and miss out on around 10 hours of gameplay because they screwed up. No mention of acknowledgment that it's a bug, or that they will fix it.

ROCKSTAR. FIX THIS.





so, i replayed the uncle quest , john is in camp but he was there after i saved sean from bounty hunters , no jack , sadie or abigail


but, after replaying quest there were def some changes to camp

there was a hunting mission with charles that wasn't an option before

i was also able to give hosea the book he wanted , where b4 he just ignored me

they got some bugs ..................i can't believe they would say miss out on 10 hours of gameplay cuz we fkd up


it would be a major doh if they released a game to everyone that can't be fixed

Started Chapter 3 last night, I like the missions where they start off like they're going to be boring, "let's just get a drink", "let's go fishing", end up being some of the best missions because of some twist. The drinking one with Lenny is hilarious.

did that womens suffrage mission today and wanted so badly to throw a firebomb on the whole wagon, had to skip scene because I couldnt take the mission anymore after having to drive that wagon and Arthur going all SJW. the town is weapon banned so couldnt even throw dynamite or firebombs on the gathering after it gave me back control...been playing mostly whitehat for much of the game, but my misogynist came out hard during that crap mission.

Almost lost my main horse twice today. Once was some kunt who asked for a ride then stabbed me. Her two boys came and killed my horse trying to shoot me. Luckily I had a horse reviver. Second time was those lemony gang *******s ambushing me with a Gatling, nearly rittling

Welp, got 4 days off work and went on to check if those characters are in my camp...nope. Restarting the game again. Gunna go get the Schofield revolver, get my white arab back and then go get all the gold bars I’d found. Then just blitz through the missions to the point I’m at now and then go back to exploring like I was doing anyway.
