The first step is rest, this is the most important step there is. Then you should ascertain what exercise is contributing to your pain and assess any improper movement pattern(s).

This. I personally believe it's important to supplement with joint supps, but in terms of injury it's too late and would be a bandaid on a bullet wound. Let it heal up. Avoid doing things that exacerbate the condition.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

Along with rest, I would ice for 20 mins at least 3 times per day and go on a regiment of 2 ibuprophen every 4 hrs for a week and reassess. If you saw a Dr, this is what they would have you try first. Been there countless times.

First identify, what exercise causes you pain, then, take a week off from that excercise. Improve form or warmup on that exercise and do some band extensions for rehab maybe and youre golden

Rest it, ice it. Identify and avoid what exacerbates it. See a physician. Ibupofen, and then if you are interested, seek supplements as a last resort, preventative measure. Something like joint help can work wonders for this as it contains paractin for immediate pain relief, and cissus for long term relief.

Along these lines, do some scraping (youtube it) and some active release therapy (light weight, push blood into the area) because blood heals tissue. I've had elbow problems for some time now and I
    1. avoid all exercises that irritate it. Work around it. Takes some time to figure out how to do that (I used to do "fly only" chest workouts because I couldn't take the pain. Then I released I can do dumbbell bench but not barbell bench-that's just something my elbows wouldn't let me do)
    2. scrape/massage the area hard. It's painful, but it helps a ton
    3. Don't completely avoid working chest and triceps. Get some exercises that you can work and make sure to get blood flowing to the area to heal that injury up
    4. all else fails, get some elbow sleeves ( I used Iron Rebels sleeves they're freakin awesome-made by powerlifters for lifters)
    5. Of course see a doctor (although I know for me personally I was stubborn and didn't want to drop a couple hundred for a doctors visit)
The 2 most important things to me when training are 1. The Muscle Mind Connection. and 2. Intensity

I have been dealing with issue for over a year now. Time off really helped the most and finding exercises that don't aggravate it are the best recommendations.
