Hello, I need a good multivitamin that isn't going to break the bank. a co-worker suggested Opti-Men, but $15 a month seems like a lot just for a vitamin. Or is this a reasonable price?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but even if you are low in certain micro nutrients, the addition of a multi vitamin will have little to no physiological impact. There's a reason there is not one single study purporting the benefits of a multi vitamin. Being low in vitamin A isn't going to inhibit gains or really effect quality of life. There's a huge difference between not meeting optimal levels and actually being deficient in which case a doctor would prescribe you medication.

Lots of great options OP.
If you are looking for a budget friendly option, I would suggest checking out Alpha Men.

I look at a multi as nutritional insurance that fills in gaps, personally I don't eat a varied enough diet (nor do most people).
Here is a really economical option at under $12 for a month's supply:

Orange Triad is more than just a multi vitamin, though it is a very good multi vitamin. Joint support and digestion/immune as well as a great multi
Yes, a full dose is 6 pills per day. If you want a lot of good stuff, that's the way it's going to be. But how hard is it to take 2-3 pills at a time a couple or few times a day? I usually do 4-5 of that size per swig, a dozen or so down in five seconds or so...not difficult.
Don't forget that bottle is a full 45 day supply at the full dose of 6/day
