Final thoughts: high resistance cardio became much more manageable & didn't feel as drained after weightlifting sets which is clearly credited to the MCT. After taking it before lifting, intra seemed to be the better option since it seemed to take effect quickly. Only have a 1/2 serving left, so it was a couple short of 20 (scoops were near flat).
Taste: 10/10
Mixability: 9.5/10 - almost expected that oils wouldn't mix completely, easy to down any clumps since they are soft & smooth
Recovery: 9/10 - would make sense to reformulate this is as Aminolytes Ripped, the energy was the highlight
Overall: 9.5 - achieved more upper ab visibility w/minimal cardio & was an appreciated boost for lifts & fasted cardio which I tried w/success 8/16-18. Would recommend for taste alone but also for those needing a carbohydrate substitute for exercise session longevity.

The energy felt just like carbs - been neglecting cardio & gained some belly fat

Been taking this pre-workout & haven't felt as overwhelmed after high reps

high reps w/out feeling as exhausted & out of breath has been a huge plus

Thanks Coolaidml, coconut creme is the greatest pina colada flavoring of all time

the formula has been a very nice energy boost

A bit overtrained today so the extra bcaas were definitely appreciated

post run did 70lb slow latpulldowns (v & wide) + deads with 155lb 6x6-10

high chest incline felt great today, surprised w/the reps performed

low intensity cardio: 2mi hike (1/4 uphill) followed by slower than usual squats

8/16: 4mi hike 1/2 uphill, downhill jog (moderate cardio)

6 rep decline pr

Been drinking intra-workout yesterday & today and feel the MCT fuel during sets

starting to look a little leaner

finished w/47.5lb wide cable curls, 50lb ezbar & 40lb straight curls w/reverse

Elliptical resistance pr!
