    Thumbs up Cutting macros male 22 yrs old 208 lb 6ft

    I’ve been up and down with my weight and shape and I’ve been cutting without counting calories but this time I’ve wanted to try with tracking so tell me how these macros look: 208 protein 285 carb 70 fat comes out to about 2500 calories and around a 750 calorie deficit I’m 22 yrs old 208 lbs 6ft pretty active (weight lift 4-5 days a week) work a waiter job with lots of walking 4 days a week. Pretty new to this I’d appreciate feedback thanks fam
