Took yesterday's serving before lunch. Appetite suppression was on point and energy was better yesterday. Today's serving will be around 1250pm. With it being my lowest calorie day of the week, its always a test on Thursday's in regards to fighting hunger. Looking forward to see how it works today.

Yesterday Serving done before lunch. Really helped with appetite suppression on my low carb day (up to that point, the only carbs I had was about 25g from a quest protein bar) but it killed any hunger pangs that may have tried to form. Energy was good for my 10 hour shift. Next serving will be before todays lunch

took my servings over the weekend 30 mins before lunch. Both times it helped with appetite suppression which was clutch especially on Sunday on my lower carb day. Energy was certainly needed for Saturday since I took my family to the beach so I was chasing around a 19 month old. Took my serving for today which helped out with hunger suppression before lunch. Will need every bit of the energy aspect since i have a 10.5 hour shift today

Energy from yesterday definitely hit for my 10.5 hour shift. No longer needing to walk around at 230ish to stay up. Able to cruise through 10.5 hour shifts now which im pleased with.

    here was this mornings session:

Upon arriving, I warmed up before heading to spark horizontal back day. First up was deadlifts. I did 4 warm up sets then it was time to go live. First set was 395 for 8 reps. Second set was 395 for 7 reps. Third set was 405 for 5 reps. Fourth set was 405 for 5 reps. I then did 4x5 of bodyweight pull-ups to give the body a little mini break before hitting some row action. Next was reverse grip BB rows for 4x12,10,9,8 (175,175,180,180). Next was 1-arm hammer strength rows for 4x12,12,10,10 (280,280,290,290). I then did a superset of low rows for 4x15,13,12,12 (145,145,150,150) and high rows 4x15,15,15,10 (23,30,40,47). Last was straight arm pulldowns for 4x15,13,10,10 (70,70,75,75). Afterwards, I stretched and foam rolled before heading home and eating eggs, turkey bacon, and pancakes. Shoulders and triceps on deck for tomorrow.

Took my serving before lunch yesterday and it helped out with appetite suppression and energy for a 10.5 hour shift. Took my serving today at 1250 for lunch at 120. Appetite suppression was still solid. Get off at 145 today so I dont need the energy for a 10.5 hour shift but still will need energy nonetheless

Alternate DB military press was next for 4x12,11,6,7 (60,60,65,65). Next was behind back rear delt raises 4x15,15,12,14 (35,35,40,40). Last was reverse pec deck for 4x13,12,10,10 (180,180,185,185) . Now was time for tricep work. First was straight bar pushdowns for 4x15,15,11,10 (70,70,75,75) and cable side bends 4x15,15,12,12 (45,45,50,50). Next was weighted dips for 4x10,10,9,8 (30,30,30,35) and hanging oblique raises 4x20,20,15,15. Last was close grip incline bench for 4x10,10,8,8 (165,165,175,175). I then did steady state stairs for 26 mins. I did level 15 for 11 mins and level 16 for 11 mins, and level 17 for 4 mins. Afterwards, then stretched before heading home and eating eggs, turkey bacon, spinach and 4 pieces of toast. Fasted cardio for active rest day tomorrow

Appetite suppression was spot on yesterday for my lower carb day which I was grateful for. Also energy was good which I needed to complete my 10.5 hour shift. Took my serving today and as usual, appetite suppression was spot on. Energy is going well at the moment for my 9.5 hour shift.

    This morning session:
Woke up this morning at 300am and downed some preworkout before heading to the gym. Upon arriving, I warmed up before heading to spark leg day. First up was was power cleans. I did 3 warm up sets then it was time to go live. First set was 205 for 5 reps. Second was 215 for 5 reps. Third set was 225 for 4 reps (the bar hit my shin on the 5th rep attempt derailing the set). Last set was 225 for 3 reps. Next was suppose to be squats but couldnt get my focus locked into it. After trying front squats, I settled on box squats for 4x10,10,8,6 (245,245,255,265). Definitely gotta figure out which variation of squat Ill be doing starting next week (most likely will do front squats). Next was a super set of leg extensions 4x10,10,9,8 (130,135,135,140) and lying leg curls 4x10,10,10,8 (125,130,130,135). Another super set followed is glute ham raises and TR-X squats for 4x15 each. The final exercise was walking lunges for 3x12 (115). Last was HIIT stairclimber for 24 mins. For the slow was level 15 for 6 mins and level 16 6mins. For the fast portion it was level 20 (12). I then stretched before heading home and eating eggs, bacon, and banana pancakes. V-taper day tomorrow followed by treadmill and LOTS of college football.

Energy was good for the remainder of my shift as well as afterwards with a play date with one of my friends son. Today’s serving will be before lunch today (suppose to grab lunch on the way to a wedding) so energy will be needed for throughout the day.

Schedule was thrown off terribly on Saturday so I didn’t take my serving however I did take my serving on Sunday 30 mins before lunch (Panda Express). Appetite suppression and energy was solid as expected. Also I did my final weigh in and progress Pics for the log. Weight was at 200.8 (had upped carbs this week so that was expected):

(Pics along with weight was done upon waking fasted with no food or water in the system). Final thoughts to come this week.

    Final Thoughts:
Controlled Labs Red Light did a wonderful job of providing energy as well as suppressing appetite. I used it while on a recomp and it definitely help hunger levels under control since I was still at a bit of a deficit eating wise (150g of carbs workout days, 100g rest days). The before lunch belly growl was eliminated while using Red Light.
Energy levels, it help since i took it around 1250 on work days and it help provide a sufficient burst of energy to power through the rest of my work days which are typically 10.5 hour shifts (8am-7pm) and thats typically after getting 5 hours of sleep and waking up for the gym at 3am. The digestion aid portion, I didnt notice anything on that aspect.
The 3 pill serving was pretty easy to take. The price point is $24.74 for 30 day serving if you take it twice a day which is a pretty fair price.
I do have to point out that I only took 1 serving per a day not twice since I already take a pre in the morning for my early morning session (over 300mg) so I didnt want to over stim myself.
I would recommend Red Light to anyone looking for an appetite suppressor and energy booster but do keep in mind to already have your nutrition in check before using a product like Red Light in order to notice if its effective or not. I plan on using Red Light when I do my competition prep next year (hopefully I can do a full dose of two servings per a day) to gauge out how effective it is on a cut. Thanks again Controlled Labs for the opportunity to test out.
    Overall: B+
