Been working out since late April. I go five days a week and got to the point where I go four hours every night. I got a squad and befriended the whole staff. Gym is like my home. I turn 19 next month. I have a decent chest now according to my gym bro and i know my arms got bigger. I’m trying to get abs now. I’m skinny af I take creatine beta alanine and whey protein I eat chicken broc**** fish and steak and peanut butter jelly sandwiches
I’m trying to get buff so I’ll be able to sleep with some cougars. I’m still a Virgin no shame. Feel like I’m not getting anywhere

You barely have your form down by this time brah.
This is a long-term lifestyle you are getting into. Think marathon, not sprint.
Building quality muscle takes time, patience, proper nutrition and lots of effort.
