    Thumbs up Am I supposed to be buff by now?

    Been working out since late April. I go five days a week and got to the point where I go four hours every night. I got a squad and befriended the whole staff. Gym is like my home. I turn 19 next month. I have a decent chest now according to my gym bro and i know my arms got bigger. I’m trying to get abs now. I’m skinny af I take creatine beta alanine and whey protein I eat chicken broc**** fish and steak and peanut butter jelly sandwiches
    I’m trying to get buff so I’ll be able to sleep with some cougars. I’m still a Virgin no shame. Feel like I’m not getting anywhere

    Thanks bro. Do u think 4hrs was too much I’m doing 1.5-2hrs later tonight. But maybe I shtgo back to four hrs cause I hear Dr Dre does 2-3 hrs and 4hrs impresses people

    4 hours?! Whoa...either you are just hanging out at the gym, or lost track of time. A body can’t workout with any intensity for 4 hours.
