Hey guys, after cutting I always seem to have this issue where my lower abs don't show and it's really nagging at me.
I know the first advice everyone is likely to say is to cut even more but when I do my lower abs almost completely disappear.
Any advice nutrition or training advice on how to address this?

You look great, itt you should go into a bulk and focus on your core.

I don't go to the gym anymore so above stats are useless.
Only do weighted calastentics in the comfort of my own home!

Abs are like any other muscle in that, if you want to see them when you are lean, they have to be there. When you chissel away the fat, there needs to be a large muscle there to see it. Obviously they are there or you wouldn't be able to stand up or move, but you know what I mean.
Start doing more ab work and do weighted ab work to make them larger; just like you would train your chest or bis2017 OCB Men's Physique Open 4th place
