    Bloating!

    Hi all!

I have been training now for around 3 years, I have always had a slight problem with bloating (like most women do!) but in the past few weeks it’s been rediculous and just so happens to be a week before I fly to Cyprus to get married
I haven’t changed my diet, to be honest I eat pretty much the same foods every day apart from my evening meal
Last night my partner asked if I was pregnant haha! I just wondered if anyone else has had problems before and tips on how to prevent/reduce it

    Very appreciated!

If you're looking for a quick fix you could cut back on a few carbs and pick up some dandelion root. It's all natural and it's main use is to control fluid balance.

    Congrats to you!

Thank you for this! I have already tried cutting my carbs down but I think I will cut them down further to see if it makes a difference, my dress has no structure to it so I would definitely look in the early pregnancy stage haha! It’s also how unfomfortable it is, I will give the dandelion root a go, thank you for the advice !

It's probably stress induced. Drink lots of water and try to relax. You can always do some sort of wrap that makes you sweat it out the day of/day before the wedding for a temp fix.
