Back twice a week (Width and Thickness?)

    Hey,

For some time now, i wanted to hit my back twice a week. What should my training look like? Should i have a day for thickness(rows, rows and rows) and another day for width (mostly lat, pull ups etc) or is this a stupid thing to do for a guy like me?

I'd just do vertical and horizontal on both days.

On my Upper days, as Fallen says, I do both a horizontal and a vertical pull on both.

    So A is:

    - Heavy row
    - Lighter pulldowns

    and B is:

    - Pull ups
    - Lighter row
    Current PRs: (S/B/D) 145kg / 100kg / 180kg // 2018 goal PRs: 160kg / 110kg / 190kg
