Playing classic made me realize how bad vanilla truly was. Wrath was by far the best expansion.

seems Alliance has come up with a new strategy. half the games are turning in to base races and we winning most of them that turn in to that

just wanna say i've really enjoyed classic so far and feel lucky to have experienced the vanilla wow product again, even if it's 20 years later and not 100% the same. i think blizzard did a pretty good job with the whole #nochanges thing even though most of what you hear is people bitching and complaining about how the game sucks or is boring or takes no skill, etc, etc, etc....

we're almost at the end and i am just enjoying what's left of it. super pumped for tbc - it was an amazing expansion, maybe the most fun and most balanced version of the game ever - but vanilla is just special. as unbalanced and frustrating as it may be... there's something about it that makes it so great. i think more people should appreciate it because it'll be over before you know it and we'll be left with only the nostalgia once again

Do you think Blizzard will re-release TBC and WotLK? I didn't go back to Classic, but I think I may come back to WoW if TBC comes out again since that was my favorite. I especially want to play WotLK since I quit before that came out and I heard that was arguably the best expansion

Exact same thing happened with me, took a break from classic because of IRL things and now I cant get back into it after coming back. Lost all interest in playing... raid logging, pvp, leveling and everything else in WoW seems to boring and repetitive now. I was playing consistently/raiding since Classic release but that break I had just killed any motivation to come back.



I'll return for TBC( it was my fav WoW expansion) or classic +, whatever blizzard decides to do

i really want to relive TBC but idk mane... im not in high school anymore lol. when i think back to how long i had to farm on my warrior to get stormherald.. fml.. i dont have that kinda time anymore.


maybe ill come back in season 3 when the welfare pvp gear comes out.

there is so much empty chit in WOTLK that is never really brought into play.
I was exploring it to get the achievement and couldn't believe I never realized how big it was.
It was my favorite expansion.

I'm done with WoW but if they bring back WOTLK Naxx Ulduar and all those great 5-mans and Wintergrasp I'm back in like a mug. Nothing beats knocking down the door in Wintergrasp with a few seconds left then doing a Vault raid. Those were my 10/10 experiences in WoW.

reactivated my horde account with my 8/8 tier 1 Tauren hunter on it

so now im raiding on an alliance hunter and a horde hunter lmao.....

I like horde better, I think having shamans in your raid is more fun than paladins

then ally ganked me. A lvl 60 lock threw corruption on my level 23 lock then ran away like a bat out of hell while my pet chassed after him and I drained life to try and stay alive.
At least stick around to finish me off proper like.
letting me waste away via dot is just lame.

gnomer was the lowest dungeon run I saw advertised.

Donno about classic but im on retail now.
Hit level 50 (new max level) and im getting 1 shotted by sht players.
dont even have time to do any rotation.
charge, ms,warbreaker and then im dead as they cast instants on me..
even with my Cooldown which reduces damage by 50% it still happens..
game is a joke.
I am undergeared yeah.. but that never used to be that bad.
have like 5 conquest pieces and its still happening.

also.. the ability for pve turbo virgin nerds to have an advantage with gear that took them months to get.. is retarded too.

I say bring back resilience so pvp gear actually means something and is worth farming.. and balance this trash out

ive had dark edge of insanity for awhile on my orc warrior. Arms with it is pretty insane in pvp but the burn out is real. Having a hard time logging other then raids or when im completely hammered.

im on sulfuras but willing to transfer.

Anyone raid on sunday evenings? Need a new guild for naxx cause of evening shifts at work.

Yup same. Was in STV level 39 warrior. Town was largely empty and got 1 shot by a 60 within 15 minutes.

Back to playing.
found a new guild which is 95% the reason why i've been playing a few days a week.
new guild is large and active and not obsessed with end game content.
though they are helping people get attuned for UBRS. which is cool because i didn't start playing until shortly before TBC dropped.
enough players of all levels that people regularly do runs of whatever.

tanking in a guild run....people not only attack skull, they let you get a swing in before trying to melt the mobs face off.
healing in a guild run....the tank isn't squishier than the shammy with a shield who has to step up when he gets beat down faster than it takes to cast a heal spell.
DPSing in a guild run....tank is kind enough to turn the mob, people attack in order and use CC.
I'm enjoying the game again.

It’s coming, blizzard have sent out random surveys a couple times trying to gauge how the player base would like it to launch in terms of fresh servers classic characters naturally progressing to the new expansion etc etc

It will be insanely popular, no brainier for them.
