    Painful shoulders

Most likely posted this topic before but couldn’t find it anywhere and if I did and a few of you replied I appreciate it.

Anyway. I dread shoulder days because I know every shoulder session I’ll have bad pain, I only
    Manage 3/4 exercises before
I walk out gym in really
Bad pain, I’ve tried stretching before hand. Not only that but when I hit chest or bi’s or tri’s my shoulders get worked too and it stops me from getting stronger. What can I do to prevent this pain from happening?

I'll just assume you have like a chest day before your shoulder day and encourage you to drop the bro-split and get on a balanced program.

Craploads of facepulls is a broad solution for most shoulder issues.

    Where, specifically, does it hurt?

Probably a good idea to work on shoulder mobility as well. Look up some mobility exercises you can do with rubber bands.
