Would like to thank Controlled Labs rep RaginAzN for letting me try this out. I received my product on Sunday 7/29 and begin today, 7/30. Product is supposed to aid in weight loss, natural test and digestion.
Daily Diet: (does not change unless for a cheat meal)
630AM - 5 brown eggs, 1/2 red pepper, spinach, cheese + sourdough bread + 4oz Cranberry Juice
930AM - 6oz steak, 180g white rice, 3/4 cup organic chicken broth + carrots and 3oz OJ
115PM - repeat 930
5pm - repeat 930 except 4oz cranberry instead of OJ
8PM - repeat 930 + add spinach
930pm - 200g whole milk greek yogurt
Additonal Supplements: Orange Triad, Nordic Natural Cod Liver Oil, D3, Dextrose, and Nunn Hydration tabs for training.
First dose of Red Light taken today at 6AM before breakfast. I will take my second dose at 1230.
Nothing to report yet. Body weight was 236 Sunday AM, but that was after a Large pizza and Ben & Jerrys night. I will weight in tomorrow after the bloat goes down. Normal BW is between 225-230.

Day 1:
Too early obviously to report much. Some minor things that may or may not be supplement related:
- was not as ravenously hungry as usual. Still hungry, but not like shaking waiting for my next meal
- went pee a lot more than usual. Possibly just dropping water from my fat-ass eating over the weekend.
- definitely can taste the herbs after taking the pills if you burp.
- did not feel my energy drinking craving in the AM like usual, and wasn't falling asleep at my desk.6'1 - 240lbs

Day 4:
Looking pretty good in the mirror, noticeably the waist area. Nothing drastic, but I've been more consistent as opposed to looking softer at times. No negatives to report. Daytime energy has been better. Nothing overwhelming, but I don't feel the need to take a nap at my desk. Digestions I can't weigh in on because I follow the Vertical Diet which is specifically catered to gut health and nutrient absorption so I was already fairly optimal there.
Will weight before Saturday.6'1 - 240lbs

Start of week 2: bodyweight is at 229. So not much chance. Workouts have been very good, I am cramping easier than usual which could be a combo of the supp plus not compensating with extra water.
For appetite suppression I believe this is working. I am not starving like usual. I’m still eating my same amount of calories but I’m not staring at the clock waiting for my next meal.
Energy is definitely good despite my sleep being poor lately. I keep waking up 2x a night to pee. Keeping water off for sure.6'1 - 240lbs

Went away this weekend camping, diet was not the best, but minimal damage done in the mirror except some bloating. BW still 230. Will report back in 2 days to see if the water strips away faster than usual with the product.
Appetite suppression is definitely a key benefit of this product. For this one attribute alone I would add this to future cutting cycles. I'm pretty impressed how it controls hunger, but does not make you feel abnormally full either.6'1 - 240lbs

Coming to an end of the cycle. Body weight is around 225-226 still, look slightly more defined.
Overall 6/10 product IMO which is based off the following:
PROS:
1.) Controls hunger pretty well without making it you feel over full. Good middle ground.
2.) For some reason it really cut back my dependency on caffeine. No idea why however.
3.) No issues with the absorption or digestion.
OTHER: ( don't want to call them cons, but just observations)
1.) Hard to say how much of the 5lb loss was just diet or the supplement. Ideally it would be good to throw in deep into a cut so you can really tell if it's aiding when weightloss stalls
2.) Can't comment on digestion. My diet is optimized for maximum nutrient absorption already (Vertical Diet). I already had no bloat/digestion issues, so if you're experiencing these things before taking the product I'd suggest not changing anything except adding the supplement and seeing if it helps you out.
3.) Could be unrelated, or could not be: I found myself waking up 2-3 times a night to pee. This was unusual and not normal for me. I'll see what happens after coming off the product.
Overall it could be a good addition to a supplement stack. I've enjoyed Controlled Labs products thus far and trust their brand. I would put this lower on the supplement list however. Multivitamin, D3, Fish Oil, Joint Care are the tops, after that I'd go preworkout, then add in supplements like this if I chose to.
Should you use this product?
Depends on your budget. If you have a tight budget then I would keep your money invested in the basics (multi,D3,Fish oil). If you have money to spend, and are interested in the benefits of the product its definitely worth a shot.6'1 - 240lbs
