    Fierce 5 Swapping?

Need to even out my quads, as my right quad is considerably stronger than my left and is making a noticeable difference in my form (butt swings to the right quad at the low point)

Is it possible to switch out back squats for bulgarian split squats on workout A day?

    Lower weight..
    YouTube 'squat hip shift' ..
Regroove and rebuild it properly with correct form..

Going unilateral wont fix the bad form that created the problem. Nor will avoiding the Squat, it wont magically fix its self by not doing it.

Depending which version of f5 you are on you could swap the second squat to a bss. But you gotta fix the form on the lift with the issue.

I'm on the beginners fullbody routine. I have no problem with resetting and lowering the weight, but I was going to use the bss for the time being to even out my quads, because my right is larger than my left. Should I scratch that idea? Or replace front squats with bss

Well fixing form on Squat will help even them out.
If you wanted to swap a squat for bss go for it.

But if you dont fix the underlying issue, its gonna reoccur when you go back to it.

    You do you tho 👍

Yeah no I meant to say that I'd be fixing my form first, just didn't know if it would help to replace one of them to counterbalance the dominance on my right quad. I'll just keep the routine as is though, thanks for your help

Youll do better slowing down, lowering the weight and focusing on form. Had similar problem on bench. You can't get rid of a dominant side but you can train yourself to lift properly. Weak side will catch up quick if you do this.
