Mascarpone cheese + unsweetened baking coco (or choco whey) + heavy whipping cream + stevia (or sweetener of choice)

Mix it all up for a easy mousse!

A Keto milkshake, especially now in the summer.

16 oz of Almond Milk
2 Scoops Chocolate Whey Isolate
2 Tablespoons of Almond Butter
1 cup of Ice

Blend in a good blender and you get a thick ice cream texture like milkshake with practically 0 carbs (especially when the protein is an pure isolate).

1. Eating a ripe tomato like a skinless orange
2. Celery sticks dipped in natural peanut butter

I'm a big fan of pork rinds and avocados. I'll throw in some string cheese when it's in the fridge too. This is a totally new looking supplement, sounds great!

My favorite keto friendly snack would be almond/peanut butter and pork rinds is also a good idea. Keto pizza with a cauliflower and cheese crust is also surprisingly good.

According to the link, bb.com store, it's $1.71 Per Serving for 1 serving and OP post it at 2 the serving size. And exogenous ketone's are not cheap.
