What is the weirdest smoothie thats extremely healthy

So this is more just a question to be taken lightly after having a talk with an extremely well built man in the gym. After talking to him and getting some pointers he described his breakfast smoothie nicknamed the garbage truck... it sounds gross.
    fish oil
    1 raw egg
    cinnamon
    apple cider vinegar
    kale
    spinach
    beets
    protein powder
turmenic (I think I spelled this right)
and some other spices and vitamins that I cannot remember...
now although I am sure this is the holy grail of a healthy smoothie... I think I would hurl.

So does anyone have a list of extremely delicious smoothies maybe not so hard on the protein for breakfast lunch and dinner? I know if you google you will come up with a long long list but what's everyones favorite?

My cousin swears by avocado and kale smoothies. Think she used some plain yogurt too. Sounded okay, but I have never tried it as I am allergic to avocado.

A friend sent me this vegan cherry smoothie recently knowing I am not a big fan of cherries.

2 cups Montmorency tart cherries, frozen
2 medium/large ripe bananas (previously frozen in chunks is the best)
1 cup coconut water (can substitute with water)
1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
    Sweetener
