The white kids are legal US citizens. That's the disconnect people that don't like Trump have. They keep associating the issues with race instead of law. And as for him addressing the country of Mexico as a whole, he's not wrong. Mexico has done virtually nothing to wipe out the cartels. The citizens themselves have been more proactive with dealing with it.
