I think you are mostly going to need to look at commercial equipment.
Please don't take this the wrong way, I'm really trying to be helpful with this next statement.....I'm thinking that the best pieces of equipment that you can purchase right now would be a food scale, along with a phone to call to make an appointment with a nutritionist. I'm not trying to be sarcastic or condescending at all--you will lose a lot of weight just by getting your diet dialed in. Walking every day will help with this as well.
I'm saying this because I can lift and do cardio until I'm blue in the face, but I won't lose weight unless I am eating right. Diet is 80% of the puzzle for me (and most people, I think).[]---[] Ivanko Barbell Crew #29 []---[]

Exactly this ^^^, I agree with rlundregan, walking at a brisk pace would be a good way to introduce some gentle cardio work.
If you haven't already done so , get a medical check up, if the medics are happy, some strength/resistance training may also help.
But to reiterate what's already been said, you will need to formulate a diet plan that establishes a calorific deficit, unfortunately there are no shortcuts, physical activity will help, but for me it's diet, diet all the way. Good luck.
