Might start trying out planned progression on targeted lifts. I've just been progressing within my program as I can while trying to leave a rep or two in the tank. Wondering if setting a goal prior to a training session will make me push a bit harder.
Anyways, just stopping by. Stoked to hear everything is going so well for ya!Life is constant learning. Give advice about things you know. Ask questions about things you don't.

The main reason I do it is mindset...
When I go in with a target weight/set/rep area in mind, it just gets me that more pumped for it.
If I don't hit it, I end up just adding in more volume with lower weights somewhere else, but I've been really enjoying this approach lately, along with more rest and overfeeding."When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

Tracking food?
No I don't track it, but I mean if anyone asked me I probably know what I'm eating within about 200-300 calories... i just find it more enjoyable to eat when/what I want since I'm not worried about gaining fat.
Weight gain going well, still slow, but recently after making some food swaps my appetite finally kicked in again. I'm hoping for another 6-8lb gained by end of year.
I'm not weighing every day or anything tho... usually just pick a random 3-day cluster where I'm curious about it and then average those three days and from there. I've become pretty apt at measuring my level of intake/surplus based on how I feel."When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

Hit 180x5 for my first 3 sets today, ended up bumping down to 175x5 on the last set though because I felt form degrade slightly on the last rep of my third set.
Definitely could have gotten through to the final set but want to avoid injury at all cost!
Really pleased about it... squats have been going up and feeling awesome lately."When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

Mild improvement on OHP today, got two sets of 85lb for 5, the remaining 2 were down with 80.... I think some of that was due to simply being fatigued from the squat gains yesterday, BUT the workout felt awesome.
I'm loving using the coconut water + BCAA/EAA mix during training... just enough of a sugar boost without tasting too syrupy"When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

After 8 months of steadily gaining some weight back, my testosterone is now in normal range!! It was a MASSIVE improvement... even my WBC and RBC got higher (though they still need some work).
Total test went from 179 all the way to 400!!
Free test went from a horrible 3.54 up to 8.24!
This is going to be a good week"When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

Feeling much better but still a long way to go... but zero chance im stopping now.
In fact, im probably going to ramp up my intake just to be on the safe side.
Libido is much much better, energy is improved BUT still not to where I want it to be.
Sleep is also getting steadily better as my mental stress and overall energy has gotten that much better.
Overall, life continues to go in a good direction... im committed to gaining at least twice the amount this year I did last year and FULLY recovering my lab work.. in fact, if I could gain 30-40lb+... that'd be AWESOME...
Still shocked by these results... cannot believe I doubled my test... crazy!"When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

WELL damn it's been a while since I wrote anything here.
Everything is going awesome.
Sleep is great. Energy is great...
I'm approaching 200lb on squats for rep work...
I finally surpassed 135lb for reps on Bench...
OHP is now easily over 85lb for rep work...
My joints, mood, libido, all factors just continue to improve....
Still lean, but i'm gaining steadily and I feel much freer around food and exercise in general...
2020 is going great"When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

HAS to be carrot man dude... nothing beats the texture + the spices paired with the cream cheese frosting...
I'm a sucker for the warm fall style cakes/loafs/cookies... that's why I always go for oatmeal raisin, zucchini bread, gingerbread... anything with that sweet + earthy + warm note going on."When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"
