I’m not sure if you’re serious or not... I post my progress in this log often. Regardless, I’m gaining...
Also, my pressing has gone up... you need to scroll page to more recent pages...
My OHP has gone up 10-15lb in the last couple months...
My Squat is up 35-40lb...
So again... not sure what you mean.Last edited by AdamWW; 01-22-2019 at 11:18 AM.

AND for today:
- Added a rep to my Pendlay Rows -- which means I should bump the weight next session from 125 to 130
- Added 5lb to Romanian DL, and it felt EASY
- Still working with BW + 5lb on pull ups, but feel good about matching reps considering I progressed in rows and DL
- Added reps on both laterals and DB curls
Also hit a huge weight spike this morning... probably due to food volume or water though, so we'll see how it persists (or not)."When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

After tweaking my back somethin' awful on Wednesday, I was a bit worried going into a push session today.
However, after doing some air squats and stretching out my back and shoulders, things felt pretty tight and safe so I went ahead with it.
Session went awesome... I was able to put up the same numbers from a few days ago but with less RPE, more control, and likely more in the tank. Chose not to push it TOO hard just in case, but it felt awesome.
Squats
5 sets of 5 with 150lb
OHP
5 sets of 5 with 70lb
Leg Press
3 sets of 12 with 205
DB Inclined Press
35x12
40x8
40x8
Calf Raises
3 sets of 18
Inclined DB Skullcrushers
3 sets of 10 with 20lb
I think im going to replace EX bar or straight bar skullcrushers with the DBs... they just feel more natural for me.
Diet has been feeling very good... my gut has always been an issue for me but lately it's been improving since I've eliminated certain types of vegetables and started eating less late at night, just to give my body a chance to digest."When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

I eat whatever i feel like eating... doesn't matter who makes it... if I want it, I have it.
Not sure what you mean by the calories at night. It's not so much changing calories, it's more about how much total food volume I get in within a time of bed. I only do this because I have severe reflux."When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

Eating disorders are not as simple as you likely think they are.
Case-in-point, someone comes in here, looks at my weight, and then tries to mimic MY weight-progression instead of following their own path/doctor recommendation, ends up under-eating, falls back into poor health.
ED's are competitive."When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

You don't see the difference between saying "I am gaining weight" vs "this is the precise number on the scale"?
I could be gaining .5lb in a week, or .25, or 5lb.
If others are also trying to gain, they should stick to THEIR plan... by comparing specific numbers, it can conflict with that in their minds.
Everyone with an ED in recovery is trying to gain SOMETHING... "something" is a huge range.
What you're saying is akin to: "I don't see why it matters if I know exactly what someone's BMI is, so long as it's within the normal range".
Well, there's a bunch of wiggle room there, isn't there?"When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"
