I have a fairly noticeable dent about half way down in my glutes from the side angle. Almost like the "bubble" starts halfway down. I train 3x a week doing banded hip thrusts, squats, side clams and deadlifts but haven't noticed any difference. can anyone tell me what exercise can target this part of my glutes?

Looks like typical bodyfat to me to be honest; no biggie. You will have to lean out a little more to get rid of that. But if you want to keep the boody shape, you will have to grow your glutes as well.
Add some of these

Agree with above.
Looks like your underwear are too small for your butt and that is a lot of fat to lose.FS/ S/ OHP/ B/ DL

I don't go to the gym anymore so above stats are useless.
Only do weighted calastentics in the comfort of my own home!
