    Morning weigh-in

    I've heard you're supposed to urinate before weighing yourself in the morning - but I'm wondering what the proper protocol is for movement #2. If you are "normal" and go in the morning-time, is it best to weigh before or after you drop the kids off at the pool? Most mornings I do my business within an hour of waking up, but not every morning, so not sure what would be the most consistent...

    I doesn't matter. You should be using a moving average. Get up, pee, weigh. Then the deuce is not a factor to consistency

    Haha thanks, I know it's kind of a stupid question, but my weight drops about a pound after the deuce, but yeah the trend over time will be there no matter what.

    I notice it takes about 5-6 days in a deficit to see consistency.

    Then you eat like 500-1000 more calories one day and the numbers jump up about 5lbs lol

    So just do the same exact method of weighing every time and notice patterns.

    I don't go to the gym anymore so above stats are useless.

    Only do weighted calastentics in the comfort of my own home!

    So true, I started my current cut July 5th and feel like it's just starting to kick in lol.

    Just finished my cut at 73kg, but weigh 76-77kg every day lean bulking. It is just the nature of the game.
