I've heard you're supposed to urinate before weighing yourself in the morning - but I'm wondering what the proper protocol is for movement #2. If you are "normal" and go in the morning-time, is it best to weigh before or after you drop the kids off at the pool? Most mornings I do my business within an hour of waking up, but not every morning, so not sure what would be the most consistent...

Just finished my cut at 73kg, but weigh 76-77kg every day lean bulking. It is just the nature of the game.
