Hey guys I just started lifting again after a year. I'm 21, 155lbs but I think I have a decent about of BF% not exactly sure how much with no visible six pack. Last year I was doing (ex. of my workout) 225 squat 5x5, 155 bench 5x5, 225 deadlift 5x5 @145lbs. I was also bulking but after a year of very occasional lifting I gained 10lbs and am a lot weaker. So I guess my question is, is it alright to stop bulking and start eating healthy/cut a bit for a leaner physique?

On the side note, I'm going on a cruise 8/18 so my plan is kinda to cut now and lift daily so I can splurge on my week cruise (while lifting of course). Is that a good plan?
