Thoughts on glutamine for helping minimize loose skin while losing fat rapidly? I know it's be debunked as a miracle supp for muscle building. But I've read that it helps promote healing post surgery with incision sites. I'm curious if it'll help skin maintain its elasticity while dropping fat.

How many people have so many opinions. Someone says that glutamine works, but somebody does not. Honestly, I never felt this additive, in preparation for the competition I had a dose of 35 grams per day. Then I trained without him, and I did not feel the difference, unlike creatine bcaa and multivitamins
