Is Good Posture a byproduct of going to the GYM for a long time OR does it have to be specifically worked on?
I ask this because for example, I've never seen a guy with a good muscular physique but has anterior pelvic tilt or posterior, etc.

Good posture has nothing to do with going to the gym. It either comes naturally (for some lucky people) or it's something you work on specifically. Resistance training doesn't automatically force good posture, a lot of the time it can have the opposite effect.
