Hi all,
So this is where my journey starts. I have not been active and at 23 years old I should really be at my peak performance. I want to get into Crossfit but first have to make sure my posture is healthy. I hired a personal trainer focusing on postural distortions and hopefully sooner or later I will be able to do the technical compound lifts. Right now, some of the big compound lifts are substituted to something else: Bench press---> Floor DB Press
Deadlift----> Rack pull etc.
I am sitting at 5'7 137 lbs 16-17%
1. Goal 1: Get down to 10%
2. Goal 2: Bulk until 15%
3. Get into crossfit next year this time
I am ready to make some strength gains.
I will be updating my progress.
