I’m curious what all of you think is the best supplement one can take if they were to only take one.
I’m gonna go with BCAAs
Reasoning is because so far out of everything I’ve tried it really seems like I recover alil faster when not taking it and have overall better workouts while I’m taking it. If I’m not my days in the gym are just ok as far as stamina and energy
The recovery part for sure

Multivitamin/mineral for the simple fact that most people don't eat enough variety and amount of food to cover all your micronutrient needs. Second would likely be creatine, you can get some from food but you have to eat a very large amount of certain foods to get it.

I probably would have said whey protein, because it helps me get enough protein and calories with my small appetite...but now that we have ultra filtered milk...caffeine for the win, especially since I’m a 3:30AM workout guy.
But those two are pretty much all I use on a regular basis anyway, so it’s a no-brainer.

Yes, it's definitely worth using BCAAs when training in a fasted state, in-between meals or when your protein intake is suffering
The majority of the aminos you ingest from your diet are used for energy, not for recovery or growth
If anyone tells you different, they're lying or don't know how to utilize proteins correctlyMy secret? Texting between sets.
