Hi guys, i already own 1720lbs of Ivanko revolvers in my home gym. I have a few plate loaded machines, rack, smith... I always feel like i donβt have enough plates. I want to add more plates, again.
How much olympic plate weight do you guys have? Do you feel you have enough? Planning of adding more weights?

About 1000 pounds of iron plates right now but i dont have any plate loaded machines. I think I'm good for now even with the occasional workout partners.

A little over a ton of milled York in the gym. Over 400 pounds of bumpers. Another 700 or so of cheap iron in the garage for strongman/outside stuff.
It's overkill when I'm lifting alone, and sufficient when I am lifting with multiple people.
I think I have enough weight, but I can see myself upgrading some. If I get a leg press or other plate loaded machines I'd probably want more.

I am mirin a 1140lbs of OMEZS plate set to add to my 1720lbs of OMEZH plates. They do not fit perfectly but they are all Ivanko. Maybe 2860lbs would be too much π€

270kg (594lb) Werksan bumper plates.
40kg (88lb) Werksan chrome change plates.
655kg 1,441lb Generic cast, steel, rubber coated and urethane plates.

Nice topic ..
350 lbs of colored revolvers. ( 4 , 45's, 2 35's, 2 25, 4 10, 2 5's and 2 , 2.5's)
520 lbs deep dish set ( 4 each 45 to 25's , 6 10's and 6 5's and 4 2.5's ) plus 2 pairs of 45's DD
325 lbs of iron revolvers set ( 2 45's 2 35's 2 25's, 6 10's, 6 5's , 4 2.5's and 4 , 1.25's )
350 lbs of Billard Olympic ( 4 of each from 45's to 2.5's barring 35's )
600 lbs of Milled plates from 45's to 5's. ( 5 45's, 2 35's, 8 25's, 6 10's , 6, 5's) and 3 pairs of 2.5's and pair of milled 2.5kg and a 20kg milled plate.
Pair of 100's . Got rid of another pair couple weeks ago. Will probably get rid of these as well.
Pair of OMC 2.5's which were gift from Ivanko.
300 lbs Rogue Comp bumpers. ( 4 45's , 2 35's and 2 25's) plus pair of 20kg 70's York bumpers
I think that is it. May need to double check ..lol..
Edit : Total 3200+ lbs give or take few lbs. Only plate loaded machines i have are lat pull down, RH and incline chest row. But i am stocked for future plate loaded machine purchases lol

my DYEL ass has just over 1000 pounds of plates last i checked...
your gym is so freaking nice, if that extra 1k set you're looking for is decently priced i would definitely add it. not having to search and collect weights from other machines and trees is part of the luxury of owning a home gym.Domicron's Basement Gym and Fun House

It's been a while since I've added it up, but I think I have about 1200 lbs or so, all iron. No plans to add any more iron unless it's a killer deal. From this point on, it'll be just bumpers...but probably only about 500 lbs.
