I am taking vitamin d3 2000 iu per day.
Since then (it's only been a short while), my lifts are steadily going up, it is amazing.
Is it really possible that vitamin D is that important in strength or muscle building? I thought they would help but never expected my lifts to go up so fast especially after plateauing for a long time.

The safest and most natural way of getting Vitamin D is through your skin, when exposed to sunlight.
The body actually NEEDS only a small amount of VitD, which it can synthesise easily from sunlight.
If you aren't able to get much sun, supplements are good, but I'd watch the dosage before going overboard.

The reason is different, the results do not grow due to the fact that you get vitamin D separately. It's most simple to pass a blood test, if there is a shortage of vitamin D, you can drink it separately and it's better to drink natural. As a rule, people in sunny regions do not have problems with a lack of this vitamin
