I'm definitely in Kon_Rock!! I try to go with a blend to give my body both the faster digesting protein as well as the slower digesting aspect too. And this is a great mix of the Isolate and Casein proteins......16 grams and 13 grams.....what a great ratio yielding 25 total grams per serving. Knowing exactly how much of each type of protein is in each serving is what obviously sets NutraBio apart from others out there. This is extremely well formulated and I'd be honored to be able to take part in this opportunity.

Count me in! While they certainly both have their place, I think in most cases a blend is optimal. I would rather have a prolonged supply of protein, especially since often the times I use a protein powder are when I am working long hours.
I really think threads like this are awesome, and really good for the B.B.com community.

I love protein blends because you get the best of both worlds, long and short term protein. Thats what nature intended with regular milk. I have become a big fan of Nutrabio, and have added intra blast and bcaa to my supplement stack because of the natural fermented ingredients, and label transparency with 3rd party testing. This sounds like a home run too. I would be happy to try and write a detailed review.

I prefer a blend when it is exactly as Muscle Matrix ie. with only Whey Isolate & Micellar Casein b/c I'm not a fan of the old school whey concentrate, milk concentrate, calcium caseinate, egg albumin formula. Otherwise, a plain isolate is also my go-to since it is nice & simple for fast absorption when needed.

Good idea to get some new blood in to review this protein but just in case there aren't
any new bleeders I'm willing to bleed for this one I almost always add a casein based
protein to whey and I prefer a thicker and creamier shake cause it just feels much
more satisfying when I consume it between meals.
I'll definitely post up a review in the forum and in the store which actually only has two reviews
in the store and one of the people stated he liked this protein cause it has added creatine and
bcaa's I think he confused this protein when he did the review cause this Matrix has
NO creatine or bcaa's in the profile.

Just in for support
I personally love blends. They mix great in my yogurt, and leave me feeling fuller longer. They also make a nice, thick shake. I often don't get to eat from 6am to 2pm because of work, and when I consume a blend in the morning, I feel it "feeds" me longer. This product sounds great and I look forward to the reviews!Don't wish for it, work for it! "One More"

I always have both in my supplement regimen . I like just straight up whey isolate and a carb drink right after my workout . so that by the time I get home and im done cooking im ready for solid food . the liquid meal gives me some nutrition asap . I like to use the blends about a half hour before I go to sleep . something that will feed my muscles throughout the night . I have never tried a nutra bio product . sounds like a good quality company that is honest !
this is all up to you , great power lies in your hand's .

This 55/45 ratio is dynamite! I also really love that there is no whey concentrate in this formula as I've had some issues with that in the past. Although I know NutraBio's concentrate is superior to other concentrates on the market, but it still hasn't always been the best form of protein for my stomach.
And what I prefer is to use a blend if possible. There are a few times during the day that I would use a protein powder and at each of those times, I'm looking to stay full for a little bit longer of a time. At the same time, I also want to get some quick acting protein into my system, so I really couldn't ask for a better product than this. It would fit ideally into my diet and adding in clean protein like this really makes me feel good about the dietary choice. It seems like everyone has really liked this product thus far so I'd love to be able to try it out and review it for you guys.
Thanks Kon_Rock!

I'd be in for this one. I do like a protein blend, but only if they are done right and list specifically how much of each protein is in it. Usually it's just cheap whey concentrate on the majority of brands. I prefer isolate right after a workout and casein at bed, but.....if I can get a 50/50 or close to that mix of only those 2 proteins, then that would be dang near perfect. Looks like this one qualifies! 😂 I'll be so down for pics and a solid review. Good release!

Thanks Kon and I'm in like Flynn...
Even though I like both, I prefer just Whey because it seems that I utilize whey alot more around workouts and in between meals (when I don't get enough protein) compared to blends which I typically would have before bed time. However, I'm more than willing to try this blend!---- COUNTRY MIKE APPRECIATION CREW ----

In for support... And I'm in to read some more thoughts on which type of proteins people prefer. The reason I'm not entering is because I don't really have a confident answer to the question. So teach me people!
My initial thought was I prefer a blend because I tend to take my protein shakes at all different times of day. Sometimes in the morning as a quick early breakfast before work. Sometimes midday as a snack. Always postworkout. And usually before bed. So the blend pretty much works anytime... right?

This looks amazing!
I am currently using the NutraBio amino product, and it is soooo good.
Personally, blends all the way.
I like the mix of sources, and they are SOOO much better for baking/recipes.
The only pro to isolates for me is if you are REALLY low macros.
Just getting back to the forums, and I would love to try/review this product!Hyper-Gro Log Thread - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=166103841

Tell me if you prefer protein blends or a straight whey protein and why.
I definitely prefer blends over a straight whey or straight casein product because I fell like blends maximize the anabolic benefits of both protein sources. I think the blends optimize what is great about milk (being a mixture of casein and whey) and optimize it by increasing the proportion of whey to casein, adding anabolic benefit while maintaining steadier serum amino acid levels thanks to the slower digestion of casein. Plus there is the subjective thing where I feel like protein blends generally taste better than whey-only products and mix way better than casein-only products. Put me on team protein blend and send me a tub of NutraBio's Muscle Matrix Protein to review!CountryMike Appreciation Crew

My preference between the two is easily blends. I use shakes as mid meals snacks as well as pre bed meals so I need them to last a bit on satiety which I feel blends do a significantly better job at than just whey alone. If chosen I have no problem doing a review including pics when i use it to make a shake, in oats, in cottage cheese, as well as a protein pancake/waffle.
