    Eggs. Zero carb or what...?

I cannot find a clear answer anywhere.

    Are eggs truly zero carb?

I have always counted them as 1 carb per egg while tracking. Now this may not seem like a big deal, but there are days i eat 10-12 hard boiled eggs. So It can add up real quick...

And for fun, while on the topic of eggs. Most would assume chicken eggs. I have been debating raising either ducks or chickens for eggs as well as meat. Are there nutritional differences between chicken and duck eggs? Is there an even better option?

Yes they have carbohydrate in them. Whether or not you should eat them depends on your situation. If you're making good progress then don't change anything. If you're not then maybe eat something else and see if it makes a difference

When I purchase eggs, I look at the nutritional label on the inside... They are all different as well.

Since a chicken poops them out. and each chicken might be eating slightly different. I can see now the nutritional info will vary from egg to egg, not just brand to brand. No big deal. I just eat them and enjoy...

eggs have ~1g of carb but not quite 1g. There is really almost no truly ZERO carb item as even muscle meat contain trace carbohydrates. I wouldn't count it personally as it really is insignificant.
