    Knee pains when squatting

Wasup guys. I've been having knee pains since i was about 16 and idk what else to do. I started lifting when i was like 13 and km 20 now, I noticed the pains when i was like 16 as i started getting into repping higher weights like 405. The pain has never really gone away, now im 20 and it still hurts like **** but it doesn't stop me from making any gains at all. But after a leg workout my knees really feel like ****. I can't really bend them after the workout or anything without pain, but after about a day or two the pain will go away and ill be fine until my next leg workout. I went to the Dr and he said there was nothing wrong with me so man maybe its just normal. It sure doesnt feel normal. I want to get this fixed because im afraid to load more than around 550 on the bar now because i just feel like my knees can't take the load. Any suggestion?

Have you seen a physical therapist?

When I was 15-16 I also had this problem. I didn`t have enough calcium - it was a problem. Try some calcium pills or better go to the doctor...
