Shout out to CL for the op to try this new creatine formula.
Huge fan of CL , been using supps for 9+ years and always have something with a CL label in my stash.
I have used their other creatine supplements here and there and enjoy the added extras as well as the taste!!
I was a little surprised they came out with a new creatine supplement as Green Mag worked just fine but I understand innovation keeps the business going.
This time around they went regular Creatine mono and a couple grams of taurine which I am a fan of and think its underrated.
Also has some pom fruit which has some "pump" effects and cherry tart with helps with recovery,
Then you got your theobromine which acts as a vasodilator .
I tried a few servings before a workout and I like this watermelon taste better than the Green Mag watermelon.
It kind of reminds me of White flood V2 Watermelon which is an all time favorite of mine.
I have been in the middle of working at a new job and my workouts have been so-so.
I'm working on focusing in on this transition and getting my workouts in.
Currently following a version of 531 but might try this other program that caught my eye.

Took some green might with 6g citrulline malate and 1 scoop of MHP Reckless
Decided to stick with 531 BBB...So far for the past 2 weeks or so I have been having crappy workouts.
I basically went from a physically active job to the exact opposite. You would think I have loads of energy after getting off work but I was feeling weak and tired.
But today I'm starting to feel better and actually have a full workout and not pussing out and calling it early.

Did farmers walk with 225 on Sunday and they felt fairly easy. Did 5 sets of walking back and forth in my. Back yard and I have been feeling it in my traps and legs the past few days.
I always knew that farmers walks was something I needed to do more of especially since I have the equipment. Ive been thinking of doing overhead squat just to try something new I never have before. Literally in the 10+ years I've been training I think I've only did it a couple times. So I might benefit from it.

Just had a weekend away from the gym. Stayed active though did some hiking and swimming.
Been taking a scoop of green might in between meals.
Will start this week with a new cycle of 531.
I need to up my cardio game though, think I put on a few pounds this past month cause of going from a physically active job to the exact opposite. Also adjust my calories as well, going into unfamiliar territory here as I've had a physical job for about 11 years.

Decided to drop the BBB assistance , as I'm not feeling up to it after doing it for a month. Having trouble getting enough calories in. Also trying to find the right balance between calorie intake and fat loss. So that template wasn't a good idea. I decided to do the Triumvirate then adding a few more exercises if I feel up to it.
But my main lifts I feel like I've been getting stronger with. Maybe the green might is kicking in with!!

Did my bench and Squat the past 2 days as I took rest days after my deadlifts day.
I have been feeling strong with these past 2 workout days. My main lifts weight are feeling to easier to do. Might be the creatine finally being saturated in my body. But also sticking to progressive 5's with the 531 program.
Basically I do 5 reps for all the main lifts each cycle. Meaning on the weeks I'm suppose to do only 3 reps I still do 5 for each set.
Also was able to 315 on squat as I was feeling up to going heavy on squat day. I haven't felt great doing 315 on squat in a long time so this felt good.

No doubt!!!
Still having issues getting back to a consistent workout schedule which usually doesn't happen to me.
Had a press day which went pretty good then tried my deadlift day and was just feeling weak and not in too it.
Which again is a new thing for me.
I'm at the point these past couple of months where I feel like I have to relearn working out and diet...
But I'm going to try a 2 a week workout and see the progress there..
