Green Might has the best flavoring of the entire line w/the exception being cotton candy Purple Wraath; Cherry Limeade & Watermelon are very refreshing & the ingredients are undetectable! (The next post will detail White Flash)
I began my first 2 uses of Green Might by itself on 7/3 (155lb deadlifts) & 7/4 (145lb squats) and found that I was able to concentrate on refining my form, however this scenario really requires 2 scoops of Purple Wraath intra-workout; this is the best creatine product on the market for those who don't want to take a pre-workout as well since taurine & theobromine contribute to energy, vasodilation & healthy blood pressure. Today, I combined all 3 products: the energy, speed & focus kicked in strong almost immediately and stayed in full effect for 1.5-2hrs allowing me to get a 5lb pr on decline bench followed by heavy incline db presses

The pumps felt really good today especially considering I went heavy & to failure yesterday. In fact, this was a personal best regarding reps performed w/the weights below. Drop set after each heavy one for better controlled contractions and to maintain tension.
Yesterdays assistance lifts were 40 & 60lb tricep ext.4x12, 15lb cable flyes 4x8, machine flyes 150lb 3x10
& Today 7.5, 12.5 & 15lb reverse db flyes 4x8, reverse machine flyes 70lb 4x8

7/9 - Active Rest: nearly 2 hrs of bodyweight abs, stretching & hip exercises w/only Green Might + White Flash. The endurance & pump had me feeling like I could have done another hour at least. Felt well-hydrated & sensed that the longevity was due to the generous amount of betaine.
7/10 - (triple stack) Just received a neutral grip bar so was getting accustomed to pressing w/out flaring elbows which would be better to do on an angled bar. I've been getting such an amazing sense of mental invigoration once Brainwash is added to the mix & the mind-muscle connection then allows for greater fiber recruitment. Took my time to do around 14 sets w/neutral bar for 1.5-2 hrs and then got a record number of reps on regular bench (about 4 hrs after taking drinking the stack which means the pump was nicely retained).

9am session was a little too early given that I didn't have enough carbs + protein; was still able to get some solid reps in even w/a compromised grip. Don't usually do leg ext. but the higher reps felt great & finished w/100 reps of 30lb seated leg curls. The flavoring of watermelon & cherry lime Green Might are so good I drank it w/lunch yesterday before lifting. Apple Brainwash is a bit like the green jolly rancher & White Flash has it's own taste which doesn't mask the ingredients completely but is still easy to drink

Cherry Limeade Green Might & White Flash mixed
When combined, it really improves the White Flash flavor almost resembling a daiquiri; the stimulants actually felt great from only these 2, felt the urgency to start lifting quite quickly.
warm-up: 7.5, 10, 12.5lb db curls x12 20lb straight (2x12+) & ezbar reg & rev curls (6x12+)
18 pullups, chin-ups: 15, 2x6 (slow)
40lb ezbar skullcrushers 4x12+
40lb db neutral grip flat press 5x12+ (5th set after incline presses)

Kept it very low volume today to make sure my CNS would adapt to the heavier load for the next session. The triple stack has been great for breaking prs since it's sometimes hard to stay collected under pressure.

Final thoughts: This was a truly remarkable stack, just WF & GM pre-workout were sufficient in breaking prs; when Brainwash was added to the mix, I felt the most rejuvenating & invigorating sense of determination. I honestly didn't expect WF to perform as well as it did and kept being blown away at the results it provided along w/GM. Such a perfect combination that demonstrated what is actually required in order to accomplish new feats! Having experienced no shortcomings in endurance, pumps or focus I definitely recommend these formulas to all weightlifters and athletes w/out hesitation!
