Almost everyone here consider creatine a staple.
Just add up to 5g to your protein shake or any other beverage daily

Also, no need to load/cycle creatine.

i don't use it personally and never really noticed a difference when i did use it. it's up to you and it's pretty cheap anyways

Yes it's a staple for almost every lifter I know.

No reason not to take it. Go with 3-5g every day at any time of the day, you'll become saturated in about a month and will be good to go.
