    Should I take creatine?

So I bought a 5lb ON whey protein powder and I got Micronized Creatine Powder for free. I'm 18 years old and I'm not sure if it's alright to use this stuff in my age, should I use it?

    Yup,
Almost everyone here consider creatine a staple.
Just add up to 5g to your protein shake or any other beverage daily

It's a staple for many of us here.

Just remember to stay hydrated throughout the day OP.

Also, no need to load/cycle creatine.

No reason not to take it. Go with 3-5g every day at any time of the day, you'll become saturated in about a month and will be good to go.
