Can someone tell me what is my body fat percentage around from the pic.

Hey everyone, I have been cutting for 3 months now. I went from 84 kg to 76 kg. My strengh is the same in the gym.

    Stats

    Squat> 100 kg x 8 rep for 3 times
    Deadlift> 150 kg x 1 rep for 3 rep
    Bench> 90 kg x 5 for 3 per

I have been bulking for 6 months and I gained a lot of fat, my stats has increased dramatically yet my muscle mass seem like it did not hange a lot. Example, I have legs like sticks but I can pull 100 kg squat for 8 rep 3 times every week, even though I am on 800 calories below my maintance. I eat 1900 calories daily with 53 grams of carb, 60 grams of fat and rest is lean protein.
It has been very painful cut for me and I would really like to know when I will get lean enough to start my clean bulk this time.

    My questions are

    1) What is my body fat percentage around judging the pictures
    2) When I will reach 10 % body fat
    4) Why I have 0 vascularity
    3) Why I can lift so heavy weight ( compared to the people that are in my gym ofc) but my body seems very small.

Below find some pictures attached for your review, I hope you can help me. Looking forward your repliess and have an amazing day.

Thanks for the reply mate ! 20/25 % ? is it actually that much, because when i did my body fat measurment on a special scale * I used to have it in my old gym, that u put the like 1 euro and its measure your fat, height etc. it showed that i was 22 % body fat at 84 kg. Unfortunately i dont have anymore this equipment, however perhaps it was wrong but is it actually that high ? I dont think i lost that much muscle mass, otherwise my lifts would drop down.

Those readers are very inaccurate. You were almost certainly much higher than 23% at the start.

Also, no disrespect, but your lifting numbers are not that strong. I wouldn't expect to see much muscle on someone with those numbers. It is GREAT that you are maintaining your strength while cutting though, keep up the good work. Keep working hard and you'll get to where you want to be.

Hey man finally someone who answered with more details. I would like to know what is your opinion on the body fat I have currently and perhaps how much more time i need to cut for 10 % body fat ( My maintanance is 2700 and I consume 1900 daily included a cheat meal once every seven days, work out 4 times per week without any cardio ). Lastly, I know that my numbers are not very strong compared to others, however my body is very small and I have received a lot of compliments of people who I ask to spot me and they have told me that they did not expect me to able to pull out these lifts which make me a bit motivated.

Truthfully I am terrible at judging bodyfat percentage. You may not have enough lean body mass to successfully cut down to 10% at this time. Probably better to cut down until you don't have excess bodyfat and then see where you are at; at that point you may decide to try to cut more or go on a long, slow bulk to gain mass and then cut again later on.

All strength is relative. I weigh 155 pounds at 5'7" and deadlifted 202 kilos for 9 reps today. I look small in clothing. It's great you are getting compliments but it is certainly possible to be much stronger than you are without having much more muscle. Strength and size do not correlate well initially and then after some time of training and gaining experience it gets more complicated.

Keep in mind that getting big and getting strong aren't exactly the same goals.

Getting a 200 kg deadlift will make you strong but it will not make you look big.

However if you can maintain a 5x90 kg bench press while weighing 70 kg you will look pretty good from the front/upper body.

It's an just an estimate. I'd say you are 20%+/- FWIW. Have you just been training for 9 months? Less muscle tends to make it harder to have lower body fat. Be a little patient, it takes time to put on muscle. We have the rest of our lives.

Stop worrying about 10% and focus on keeping your lifts up. BF % numbers games are mostly pointless. If you want to lose some fat, then do it. Nobody can predict with any great deal of accuracy how long fat loss will take to reach a desired result.
The most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl
