Question Am I doing this right?

I’ve been working on building my lower body consistently for about six months now and I’m not noticing any progress physically. My workouts consists of about six exercises plus activation before hand (including barbel squats, deadlifts, lunges, leg press etc.) and I change up the sets/reps sometimes 5x5 sometimes 3x12. I don’t track my macros just because it stresses me out so I try to eat what I’m feeling while keeping nutrition in mind. I also have s****osis and a pelvic tilt and I’m not sure if that’s contributing to muscle growth or lack of.

If you want to progress you should try using a program.

If you mainly want to develop your lower body check out Strong Curves. I don't know if your sc0liosis or pelvic tilt are a factor, but Strong Curves does address activating your glutes.

It may be worthwhile to google anterior pelvic tilt for stretches and exercises.

You don't have to be super obsessive about macros, but you do need to prioritize getting sufficient protein and eating a few hundred calories above maintenance to grow muscle. If your weight isn't increasing a pound or two a month then you should eat more.

My s****osis is a symptom of my Ehlers Danlos, along with hypermobility of the tendons. So actually, I notice more muscular growth vs strength increase than most (my tendons don't do ****, so my muscles have to compensate). Agree with katya, get on a good program for growth and eat.
