    Reign has 25mg of a patented extract, KannaEase. GM has 500mg of what I guess is the dried plant. Even if you were to do the 2:1 ratio of the concentration it would a ton of Kanna in GM. I would expect (could be wrong) that the Kanna is going to temper those stims pretty well.

    Kanna can be very tricky. The wrong dose can be sedating and counter productive to its intended purpose

    Finally putting everything together for a home gym, got no time or desire to go to a commercial gym anymore, specially when they lack equipment.

    Ended up spending more due to availability of some items where im at, and still dont have the most important part, the rack lol I have a Rogue bar waiting to be used and cant fkn wait, might have to at least do some deads or rows with it.

    Now I can wait 10 mins between sets like a real powalifta

    kanna cam be a pretty potent mood enhancer, don't underestimate the number of people still chasing the high with their pre

    My arms are weirdly long in proportions lol I cant comfortably get on front squat position, always done them with crossed arms.

    Currently doing girly plate goblet squats, might open a booty instagram account soon and incorporate some crab walks with bands in the routine too.

    But for strength and muscle, almost everybody/all of us can or should be able to front squat far heavier than we can clean and this is exacerbated by the fact that front squats in particular work really well for low rep sets...like triples are popular...because for most people doing them 'right' means kind of choking yourself and keeping your torso in position in addition to that really makes it difficult to breathe/more of cardio than strength pretty quickly

    any time I've had back issues I've always relied on front squats to work around it so I will always recommend them

    Yes they are good and under used. Probably lunges are too but I don't do them so IDK lol

    I should start doing front squats (well, anything right now), no shoulder issue whereas back squats do bother my shoulder

    Im not in the US, but I'll see if I can get on that somehow, Budget is tight due to over spending on the other things, got Powerblocks 70lbs set instead of the 50lbs one and fitness reality bench x series instead of a cheaper bench, it was the best option I could find over here.

    So for a rack Im considering a Titan T-2, Fitness reality or REP OR I might go DIY and build a squat stand lol steel is pretty cheap in my area.

    When you get very technical on the mechanics of exercises and want to improve and focus more on certain specifics, that's when bands are very productive. Same with power lifters and strength training athletes. For example, improve your explosion and strength at the bottom of bench press would be beneficial for both, so bands can be used. The rep ranges used would be the only difference.

    I personally don't use bands though. I'm not very patient in the setup of them since time in the gym is more of a concern lately.
    Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

    Ya that's what I mean. I see them as being a great tool for strength specific purposes. I like using them for dynamic work on separate days from my heavy work. For bench, I haven't see the kind of response I was hoping for, but they've helped in my squat quite a bit; Once I get half way up my squat, the bar starts to feel pretty light ever since I started doing band work where I've trained myself to explore throughout the accommodating resistance.
