I had that conversation with my wife the other day...I told her since she only uses a pre-wo for energy, she may as well grab caffeine tabs and maybe mix some bronkaid in if she felt she really needs it.

Her response: "wait...they make caffeine pills? I didn't know that"

That's actually pretty common in my experience, and there's some weird stigma around popping a caffeine tab.

Coworker complains that they're groggy and the coffee machine is down.

"Want a caffeine tab? They're 100mg."

Sounds like someone I work with who orders an XL skinny latte every morning with 4 pumps of syrup. Watching her calories with the fat in the milk but doesn’t think the 4 big pumps of syrup are a problem. Incidentally, also called Karen.

Accidentally mixed 2 scoops of Bloodshr3d BM ‘rainbows n stuff’ with Vimto (fruit-flavoured cordial) before the gym at lunchtime (wasn’t paying attention and poured it into the wrong glass) and it tastes amazing. First time I’ve mixed any sort of pre-workout with anything other than water.

Anybody tried the new Iso-Smooth flavors? I noticed Chocolate Peanut Butter, Caramel Macchiato, Triple Chocolate and Chocolate Caramel in a local supp shop. Interested most in that Caramel Macchiato but any feedback?

Did you get the name wrong on that as to the brand?

I know Select and Isoflex had a Caramel but didn't see either with a triple chocolate. Select's Cafe Caramel macchiato tho is fantastic.

Nope it's Blue Star, they're just brand new. Strange it's not up on their website though.

So tried that OL fruity loop protein and was shocked at how good it was. I could see those things you chew on could not be some peoples jamb, but I liked it I drank it slow and savored it

Wonder if i'll like the blueburrem pastry just as much.

Weird that its on BOGO everywhere. People must not like it or they are getting it DC'd?

I jumped on that Bogo deal also during July 4th and got it for $18 a tub and I've been
using it mostly for overnight proats which has worked well. The Fruit Loop flavor for proats
is great but I can see people getting tired of this flavor if used for shakes everyday. It's a
good flavor as long as you have others to rotate around and so far the Ginger flavor is
also good but the Choc PB is a bit weak. I think it's being discontinued that's why the bogo
deals are going on.



Ginger Proats tasty but more like a frosted cinnamon flavor than ginger.

They'd probably sell, I have sold a TON of weight over the years and I'm not far from you. But you'd take a hit though @ $0.30lb-$0.50lb, saw that REP ad and it had me tempted to grab them. Sweet plates

No bueno on the blueberry pastry OL protein. it has that nasty sickly sweet artificial taste that is reminiscent of a heavy dose of teacrine. I could barely keep it down.

It's discontinued is why. At least from the last time I heard.
I grabbed the blueberry and fruit loop flavors and while I liked them at first, I got tired of them pretty quick. Blends though don't always sit the greatest with my stomach, so that may have been a contributing factor.

Grab a bag of Ascent Lemon Sorbet, its the easiest digesting protein I've tried. The lemon and vanilla are outstanding for being sweetened with monk fruit

Typically use True Nutrition, Morphogen Protegen, MAN Iso-Protein, and MSI Lean Whey....they all digest great. TN being the best with such little mixed in.

Bapka breads all are fantastic! Just that style of kneaded yeast bread layered with spices/flavors. My favorite tho is Cinnamon. I had one before with I wanna say it had brie possibly a camambert it was a while ago but mixed with apricots throughout that was pretty great too.
