Was biting my tongue on the MRE bars as I had an order coming in (carrot cake) this was the highest rated flavor.... ummm they’re OK, for the calorie count I would have expected MUCH more in the flavor profile.... not sure I’d risk buying any other flavor going by their prices.....

I agree with regards to the carrot cake ... as well as the blueberry.

Was more curious about the Breakfast bars..

Cherry Cola. Good initial taste, but is quickly followed by a muted chemical aftertaste.

Also gave me a headache. I think carbonated beverages and I are just enemies

Yup, agreed. For some reason ibe been thinking of going simple and using Myprotein’s impact whey. I drink those like shots....

Supplement with leucine if you're that concerned and call it a day.. all you need is around 5 grams 4-5 times a day...

They did a great job with the mall there, much nicer and now they have Shake Shack

Never tried it, XF was always my go-to when it came to Lemon proteins, but this Ascent Lemon Sorbet is truly on another level

That's been on a serious bogo for free since it first came out and I've seen sites giving away free tubs
when you by a big tub of their protein. I've seen a couple of reviews on it and the people who've used
the Mega Pre Black version say this Red is no comparison. I understand they reformulated to remove a
couple of the ingredients that the FDA is having a problem with but they should of kept the rest of the
formula and maybe added a few ingredients that aren't getting chopped by the FDA.

I love those MAN Iso-Protein all the flavors are pretty great that I have anyways

Not had Ascent Lemon Sorbet but that should be different tasting to begin with than either a the Lemon Cream pie or Lemon Cake. Sorbet is much sweeter or should be.

Each of those samples was 2 scoops weighed out btw
