Totally agree. Not trying to piss anyone off, but the dick riding doesn't need to happen :P
The 1G of cit mal is dumb. Why not just 5G of pure cit? The nitrates are great. The creatine HCL is bogus. NALT is useless, especially at that dose. The Alpha GPC is underdosed. The Teacrine, imo, is underdosed. The HUP A is a pretty low dose, albeit acceptable.
It's not a bad product, but I feel like this group is gonna over hype it....Squat and Deadlift

Actually I'm currently using C4U (previous version) and it's one of the best pwo-s for me. This profile looks pretty good to me. I've tried pres with 125mg theacrine and didn't feel much, so don'te care about teacrine. And more citrulline is always good to me. Would only like to see glycerol added to it and thank you cellucor for not including theanine.
I lift things up and put them down...

You would need to ask Ben how many grams did he take cause if he took the amount the Review Bros
did on their review which I think was 15gm maybe taking a bit less like 12gm you may not feel over stimulated
after your workout. Considering the dosages of the stimulants in Dark Energy you may not even need more
than 3/4 of a serving.

Third session done, one more to go; got most of the inside done, ran out of time towards the end so the purple was going to be the Necronomicon but that will wait for next time. Also, damn, I thought the arm pit hurt, then he got to the inside of the arm were it bends and hell that sucked.
Did the skull from the Evil Dead DVD box, Ash standing in a doorway, and then his severed hand holding the shotgun.

I hear that. If I'm being honest after 2 sessions w Dark Energy: love it during the workout. After the workout I like the mental effect for the first little bit, but the physical effect isn't the most enjoyable, and a mental crash does ensue after a couple hours: a bit of jitters and definitely that mental feeling of having taken a harder stimulant, the kind that I only attribute with a crash from real DMAA or certain recreational drugs that are based around the same chemical structure...this is a once in a while pre for me. Getting to the age where I don't deal as well w the side effects.
Having said what I said above ^^ the second dose I took was when I felt those after effects more and it was a very rounded scoop, which probably wasn't the best idea. i can see myself going to just under a flat scoop moving forward to minimize the crash.Squat and Deadlift
